The food was delicious and extravagant, truly fit for a special occasion like Christmas. The surrounding area was picturesque and peaceful, perfect for a holiday getaway. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed.

The language barrier was a significant issue during our stay. The staff struggled to communicate with us, and we were left feeling frustrated and confused at times.

This hotel offers an exceptional experience with its luxurious amenities. the hot spring bath and open-air bath are magnificent, providing a unique and relaxing atmosphere. the garden area is also a thing of beauty, blending seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Inside the room, there were exclusive facilities, making my stay even more enjoyable. the massage service offered was top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation. the hotel's location is advantageous, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of heating in some spaces, making it cold and chilly at times. this was only a minor inconvenience as the hot springs and room facilities provided warmth and comfort.

This hotel is conveniently located near various amenities like the train or bus station, theme park, and other areas. the rooms and private family onsen are top, notch, and the staff is friendly, providing information, tea, and sweets upon arrival. Breakfast and dinner are of Michelin, star standard and offer child, friendly options. the beautiful onsen is well, maintained and quite exclusive due to the low density of guests.

The location may be distant from some shops or food places.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and hotel facilities were exceptional. The hotel was conveniently located next to the Rakutenchi theme park and was easy to get to from the bus station. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was outstanding.

The staff deserves five stars! They were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. the Japanese tea and sweet they offered upon our arrival was a sweet touch. the beautiful onsen was perfect for a relaxing soak and the food was simply delicious. the location was great for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we enjoyed strolling around the gardens and exploring the nearby area.

The lack of heating in the bathroom and shower area made getting ready in the morning uncomfortable. meals served in our room took longer to set up and clean up, which took away from our privacy time.
